The absolute worst customer service. The 2 people working here were rude from the moment we walked in. We interupted their conversation about buying a bike over the weekend and they didn't seem happy to deal with customers. We started recording based on how rude they were. Sure enough, they tried to scam us for a larger fee than was quoted. When we told them we had recorded what they said, they asked us to leave. WOW! No wonder this place is failing. We ended up at Sunstate and were treated respectfully AND given a better rate for the same size trailer. Sunstate trailer and facility was clean and new. All the people we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

They have nice equipment ready to go in great condition ! The only thing is when I was quoted a price for rental they did not tell me about the couple of different taxes added on to the cost such as an environmental tax or something . Otherwise they were very helpful and great !!
