It's an okay spa and a low price, but we've been trying for 10 months to get the stairs we also ordered from them and have not yet received them. We also aren't getting any response from the company either. Be wary of shady business practices.

Got my Hot Tub and we LOVE IT. I've owned 2 before but this is just amazing. GREAT POWER and fully loaded with features. Got a Catalina Luxury and it blows away any of the other hot tubs we looked at and when Patrick gave us the price me and my husband almost hit the floor. I don't get impressed easily but the knowledge Patrick had about hot tubs was just off the charts compared to others we shopped at. YOU OWE it to yourself to shop here. Lead time was reasonable, Price and quality is unbeatable. Thank you for a great experience.

Awesome hot tub - had to wait due to Covid (not gonna whine like all the other irrational people) but it was worth it. We now have a complete backyard experience for our family. Patrick was amazing and he gave us great advice on our choice of spas. We put the UV sanitation on it and the water is amazing. Amazing power - we love it . Great company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT hot tub at a truly unbelievable price compared to any other company we looked at. Thanks Patrick

I bought my spa about 6 months ago from Aqua Living in McKinney. Patrick was fantastic and gave me all the info that I needed (and I had lots of questions). I was actually talking with Patrick for a couple of months before I made the decision and I've found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable about all things spa related. The spa: Amazing, works VERY well and a great value! Their spas have jets galore and pumps that are powerful enough to ensure that \aqua massage\ experience. My spa has the integrated speaker system that also works really well. I'd recommend this company and their products to anyone. Michael H. McKinney TX
