Friendly professional people, beautiful architecture, and a relaxing place to buy or service a car. I had excellent service and advice from Travis Erb. He helped me understand my repair and advised me on future maintenance in a calm, professional and accurate manor. I had a windshield replaced and for that he helped educate me to what needed to said to State Farm to get the claim paid. The receptionist was friendly and professional and made the process of getting into a loaner vehicle easy and understandable. Top notch place. I will visit again.

I bought a Q7 2020 from AUDI McKinney. Charlee Brown was the Salesperson I was working with. I was really impressed with the way She handled this deal and got the car delivered to my Home in a matter of few days. I was always sure about car I wanted and I finally located it at AUDI McKinney. The one thing I was not sure was the logistics and how the dealership was going to get the car delivered to my home. Charlie did an amazing job in answering all my questions through phone calls, she actually shared a lot of videos and photos of the car detailing a lot of things which really helped in the decision making process. I was really pleased with my experience with her as well as the Dealership. Thanks Charlie again for getting me the car I always wanted.
Recently visited Audi McKinney to purchase a certified ore-owned Audi. Unfortunately, we didn’t find anything that matched our requirements but we had a fantastic experience looking at the Q5 and Q7. Ben Anderson, I apologize if I’ve got the last name incorrectly but Ben made us feel so comfortable and relaxed while going through the test drives. From all the dealerships we have visited in the past month, for the first time we didn’t feel rushed! Ben truly understood our requirements and did his best to assist us. I’m certain it’s not just Ben, but the whole team at Audi McKinney that puts customer requirements/needs first. So thank you for the experience Ben, we look forward to working with you again in future!
Took my Q5 in because of a squeaking brake. The first thing the service advisor said was Audi’s brakes squeak probably can’t fix it. When I informed him I have never had this problem in any other Audi he just glared at me. So I took it to Brakes Plus where I got no excuses, just good service. They put on new pads and problem solved! I will no longer go to Sewell Audi. I will be going to Audi Plano. I doubt they will give me excuses. Why is it that every single positive review gets an owner response but no negative reviews get an owner response? Maybe they don’t care that you are unhappy with them? What pathetic customer service at Audi McKinney. Poorly represents the Sewell legacy of good service.
The Audi team at Sewell McKinney were just great. They help me in the decision process on getting the Q7 which is an exceptional SUV and highly recommended. If you re impressed with the outside, wait until you see the inside!
