I have been working at Behavior Network since 2015. When I first started in the field of ABA, I fell in love. My first job left me wanting to do more in this field and the autism population. That’s when Dr. Coffey found me. I met her and immediately knew this is where I wanted to be. I wanted not just a job but also a career and the path to getting promoted at Behavior Network is obtainable and clear unlike other companies. Every day, I enjoy coming into work because I know that I will get the support I need not just from my clinical director but Dr. Coffey and Jared as well. The Coffeys see their employees as family and will do what they can to make sure we are happy and safe. They try their best to make sure there’s good morale amongst staff whether that’s randomly buying lunch or holding steering committees to get feedback on how to make the work place environment better. Our clients can be tough but our staff are tougher and work extremely hard. Everyone is knowledgeable and passionate and it all starts from the training process, which Dr. Coffey provides at no extra cost when you’re hired. Whether you are looking for a career or a quality ABA clinic to send your child, Behavior Network is the place for you.

I started with Behavior Network as a front-line therapist with zero ABA experience almost 2 years ago. In that short time, I have grown as a person and as an employee. I am now the first ever Corporate Trainer for our company. I spend my time finding quality staff, training/assessing staff skills, and teaching our families how to manage challenging behaviors in home safely. During my interviews, I am always thrilled when I share with applicants the kind of family we are. The Coffey's have gone above and beyond to show their dedication to their staff and compassion for our clients. They set goals of establishing a group home and residential treatment facilities, take on as many clients as they can, and provide families with the training they need to give their child a well-rounded ABA experience. I always dreamed to spend my life helping others, but never thought I would be in ABA; quite frankly I did not know what it was, and now I cannot imagine being anywhere else.

Our son has attended Behavior Network for over three years and he has progressively made improvements. I hold both the instructional and administrators staff with the highest regard because of their professionalism & ability to relate to the students and parents. They’ve gone beyond measure in their ability to handle the severity of our son’s aggressive behaviors. They’ve also been able to educated us on corrective techniques to safely react to & limit his negative behaviors in our home. The positive behavioral changes & educational life skills advancements our son has made since beginning at Behavior Network have allowed us a stability & peace of mind in our home that we never thought we’d be able to experience when he first began there!
