I was in a wreck in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where insurance totaled my car. When I enlisted my good friend in Kansas (who is a former Subaru salesman) for help in looking for a good used car for me, we found a fantastic deal on an Impreza that, in his words, was in such good condition that \you're not going to find a better deal on a vehicle in the entire state of Kansas or Arkansas.\ I reached out to Mr. Zack Alia, who put me in touch with Mr. Curtis Moore, who answered all my questions and took all the pictures I wanted of the vehicle, getting the price down to where it worked perfectly with my budget. After the 5 hour trip to McKinney, the entire staff were cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and made the car buying process incredibly smooth. I financed through my own credit union out of state, and even that process went smoothly! If you are in the used car market in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or even Kansas, Brandon Tomes Subaru is worth the drive.

I came in to the Bob Tomes Ford dealership this morning for new tires. I was helped by a young gentleman named Austin Morris. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle in the service bay I was treated with respect and professionalism. While discussing tires, Austin was able to explain, in detail, the different tire brands and types of tires, which helped me better understand which tires to purchase. The whole process was super easy, from start to finish. Tomes is a very popular dealership and even though they were busy, Austin continued to check in with me on the status. In and out in no time at all. Two thumbs up for Austin and Bob Tomes Ford!

We had a good experience working with Clay at Brandon Tomes Subaru! He listened to our needs, was honest with us and was customer service oriented. The managers we met were also really nice and customer oriented. We got a GREAT deal on a used car through them, no haggling or fighting. It was priced competitively. There was a fee (about 1,000) on top of the normal, expected fees. Clay explained that fee was standard there for all used cars to prepare them for sale, do the maintenance, detailing and any repairs. Even with the unexpected fee the price of the car was still too good to pass up. Our experience with the finance advisor wasn’t bad but we did have to correct a few errors. The information loaded into the system wasn’t correct and it took a minute to sort out. But ultimately we left happy with our loan and payments. I would absolutely recommend Brandon Tomes Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would highly suggest asking for Clay if you would like a nice and honest experience!

I just bought a cross trek from Daniel Smith and holy cow was he amazing! He made it so easy and so simple. Most importantly he made buying a car comfortable, because honestly dropping that kind of money makes your stomach drop. I just went back today and got my license plates. He remembered the name I picked out for my car and helped me get them on her himself.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I used to work for Subaru myself (service) and know how it can and -should- be...but so many dealerships are just the same numb lifeless corporate box with different brand stickers on the front. I bought my 2020 Subaru STi from Tomes in April 2020. My salesman Nico was super chill and easy to work with. I'm in the habit (from work) of buying cars remotely, then simply picking them up, signing the folder, and driving away. NO games, no playing tag with the manager, etc. The entire process could not have been easier and more efficient. Today I went in for a service appointment and worked with Ben. That dude knows whats going on. VERY cool guy, laid back, and still knows how to take care of a customer 100%. The perfect blend of bro and professional. Even though I waited in a comfortable, CLEAN, stocked waiting room...my car was in and out very quickly. It's over an hour for me to drive to McKinney, but it's 100% worth it. I highly recommend them for buying a Subaru or servicing the one you already have. They still have the Suby love.
