I came in on a Groupon to get screen repaired on my iPhone 7. They were a bit backed up so I had to come back or could have waited but it only took a total of an hour. Chris, greeted me and was very professional and courteous. He was thorough and my telephone was repaired properly. He Notated a defect from a previous repair that damaged the home button. Very professional. I would want him working for me if we needed a new field engineer or CSR. Very pleased. Pricing is reasonable even without the Groupon. Note: they share space with a vape shop.

Asked if I needed to make an appointment or was a walk in ok to get 3 iPhone screens fixed? He said walk in was fine and I could come anytime. I said great I’ll see you tomorrow with the 3 phones and the Groupons that I have. He said “oh, you have Groupon I can’t do that till Wednesday. I don’t have Groupon parts right now.” So he definitely uses inferior products for Groupon and probably others as well. Good luck Update - it’s been almost 4 weeks since the review was put up and I emailed them as requested. I still have not heard from anybody. They now have my email and phone # and still no contact. Looks like my assumptions were right about this place.

If I could leave ZERO I would, this place DOES NOT stand behind they're warranty or shady work, DO NOT use this place. Fixed my son's iphone6 in Feb, he changed cases WITH me watching, glass cracked and pulled up from the inside rendering it un-usable, only been 30 days! Needless to say they would not stand behind they're work and fix it. ALSO, emailed me incorrect receipt, which is a breach of business ethics somewhere I'm sure. Going to submit a BB claim immediately, go elsewhere!
