Took my Gladiator in for routine maintenance. I was treated very professionally (even though I didn't buy it there). Joey H. went above and beyond to make sure I stayed informed during the process. He informed me that it needed a couple factory software updates (I had no idea) and a few other minor things he discovered. Such a relief to finally have an employee at a dealership with such integrity and a passion for their work. Great job McKinney Jeep!!

Great buying experience. Very attentive, listened to my needs. Very happy with my new Ram 1500. Love the V8, comfort, and towing ability. Most importantly, HH6 (wife) approved. Have been out of trucks for quite some time but glad I went with Dodge instead of the competition. Will certainly tow my Jeep with ease. Straightforward service as described. In and out quick even though there were multiple vehicles in line for service as the service department opened. David, was attentive and delivered on his promise in the time frame allotted. In fact, I could not locate my wheel lock and was not able to complete the tire rotation. Thinking this was just on me...I was contacted by David and during the conversation I told him I finally found the wheel lock...without hesitation he said just stop by and we will get those tires rotated no charge...wow, that’s service in my opinion. Thank you!!

Ordered a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Willys from Joe Ferguson. Simple process ordering exactly what I wanted and super easy signing the paperwork and taking it home. Joe has been there 9 years because I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler from him as well. Go to Dodge City CJD and see Joe Ferguson. The service department serviced my last Wrangler and they are awesome as well.
