The state trooper directing and corralling people outside the DMV to ensure proper social distancing was the life of the party...cracking jokes and answering questions with confidence. It's of course busy as always so you can expect to wait regardless of appointments but things were running smooth and steady this day...Great experience!

Great experience. Make an appt via their website, Bring your required documents, read all of paperwork well in advance of the visit and fill out the paperwork in advance. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Prepare for this required activity and you'll be rewarded. Otherwise it will be just another frustrating government visit! There were 40 people in line when I arrived before they opened. When they opened the doors and split the lines into appointments and non appointments I became #4 in line as I had an appointment. Make that appointment!
What is the point of the appointment? Appointment at 11, checked in online at 1030. Told to stand in line outside as people may have checked in before me that didn't have an appointment. Stood in line outside for 2 hours. Finally I just made it inside; 9 people ahead of me now. So with or without an appointment it seems to take hours at this place. And since being here I have been told they are not calling the appointment number you receive when you check in online. You just stand in line until you are next in line to go inside. I know with COVID things take longer but is standing in line with people that know nothing about social distancing good for anyone. Even the staff have their mask hanging on their chins. Maybe the government needs to explain how to properly where a mask.
Horrible experience. Our government has no clue what they are doing.
You have to make an appointment with them online to get to be waited on.
By far the most pleasant experience I’ve had in the DMV. The staff is highly professional, responsive, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this location to anyone.
