I have reserved one of their vehicles online and paid 500 to do so. The next business day, someone called me telling me the vehicle was sold. I was like.. how come, I reserved it and paid 500! He was like.. what?? I do not know about this process, let me get back to you. Then someone else called me apologizing for what happened and he also indicated that he is not aware of this 500 process through their website. He said; I will check how to refund you your money and will give you a call later today or Monday.. and guess what? he never called back, and they still have my money! They are waiting on me to dispute the transaction!The conclusion is that they are not professional and do not know how their website works! What is the point of reserving a car and paying 500 and then you receive a call the next day informing you it was sold? I would just cancel this option from their website!

I contacted the dealership through their website and luckily we were matched with Stephen Kilpatrick in sales. Working with him made this purchase one of the easiest and nonstressful car buying experiences we've had. Not only did he respect our time he kept his word and made sure there was absolutely ZERO surprises during the entire deal. Mr. Kilpatrick has been selling Mazda's for many years and knows how to treat a customer fairly and with respect. Unlike many salesman we've dealt with in the past he was very easy going. I came in without my husband the day before we actually purchased our new Mazda which for many of us ladies can be an intimidating and overwhelming experience. I felt totally comfortable working with him without my husband. I would have no problems recommending Stephen to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

Having owned multiple luxury cars, we knew what we wanted and purchased the CX-30 for its safety ratings and came to El Dorado for its top customer reviews. I recently just bought my very first car and they made the experience extremely easy and stress free, in the midst of Covid. When I arrived just to look around, they did not swarm me and let me come to them to ask any questions. If you go, make sure that you ask for Stephen. He was very sweet and helped me with all of my questions and concerns. He has even checked in with me after buying my car to make sure to help with any of the features. 5 starts for sure!
