This place is great, and has become my primary source for specialty hardware! I go through quite a few stainless metric fasteners, and Fastenal is about the best option I've found for both price and selection. Everyone I've talked to at this location has been great to work with, but here's a tip: know exactly what you need beforehand and simply place the order online prior to picking it up. Fastenal caters to commercial customers, so keep this in mind when you deal with them - if you're a homeowner trying to ask them which screw you need to hang your towel rack, don't get upset when this store isn't what you thought it should be.

I've been doing business with this location for 20 years. And the last year their service has gone so far downhill that they will overtly tell you that customers are unimportant. Apparently unless you are doing the kind of volume that a major retailer or multi-billion dollar industrial manufacturing company does you are just not worth their time. It is very frustrating but apparently I will now be doing my business with a competitor.
They don’t have price tags on anything I ended up paying 55 for pair of stripping needle nose pliers they cost 24 at Home Depot. I wasn’t paying attention but I won’t be going back to buy any tools or supply from them again they will lose business if they keep price gouging
Spent plenty of money with the company but never set up an account for my business now I come in and need something for personal use 8 bolts and they tell me I have to spend 50 minimum. Asked the manager about an account but I guess since my clothes are worked in and dirty I’m not worth customer retention. I guess I own my own company doing commercial steel erection in Dallas.sounds like I’ll take my business somewhere else your loss not mine
Absolutely horrible customer service. Manager is a joke and leads his employees to be the same. Drive to Plano or Sherman if you need hardware. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
