I love going to this store! It’s always so clean & smells good. But, I sometimes wonder how they manage to stay in business. It’s always kinda Empty. Their products are a little pricey. But they are nice .
LAURIE is AMAZING. My husband and I needed a dried floral arrangement for a vase we brought in. Laurie shared, 2 other gals that work there, specialize in doing arrangements, however they weren’t there. Laurie wanted to help us. She asked us questions and put together our choices. She ended up making THE PERFECT arrangement. We saved money and in less than a half an hour, we had a BEAUTIFUL display. It's 6:40pm at the McKinney Pier 1 and there's a woman at the door not letting anyone in even though they don't close for another 20 min. I saw her turn away at least 6 people. I guess closes at 7PM really means they close at 6:40pm. And it's a wonder why they are going out of business.
I am a long time fan of Pier 1. I usually find what I am looking for (you have to be familiar with the store inventory). I almost always buy stuff on sale. Just found a coffee table I've been watching on clearance and 40 percent off that price! Love!
I don't like their prices. It is too high even after discount.
