It will be professional and nice if they truly care for the owners and respond and solve the problem with the owners property, specially since the main issue started on the HOA side. It's been ONE YEAR and nothing has been resolved and they just answer whenever they want to or give us the runaround. Really disappointing.

6 emails and 3 texts in 4 days to confirm the showing of the house at 3004 Sewanee Dr. Plano TX, more than one per day and I (patiently) always confirmed the showing, now today, 1 hour before the showing of the house you canceled me. After we (me and my wife) arrange everything to do it. And by email, you don't even have the decency nor the education to call me. Not professional at all. I will never rent from you, period.

During moving it is stressful and not everything always works out to perfection however what I appreciate was the fact that this group continues to try and resolve stuff as it comes up. They work hard to make sure the communication is consistent even when I didn't expect it. Not sure how you can say anything but good for that.
