Russ, Nick and the mechanics at PowerFlo are total pros who know their way around diesel engines inside and out. Moreover, and more important to me, is they're good people. They're transparent and upfront about their pricing which, by the way, is better than most and they won't try to talk you into things you don't need. I brought my 04 Excursion in for an oil and fuel filter change and transmission service and they did an outstanding job. While I was there I was able to witness several interactions with their staff as well as other customers and I couldn't be more impressed. The way they treat people as clients and not just cash cows is impressive in this industry. They seem to understand that if you do a good job and treat people with respect, they'll be back. I know I certainly will!
