I recently moved in and I highly recommend these apartments. They have really nice upgraded kitchens and just all around a nice apartment. I do not have any complaints. Destiny was awesome about working with my time frame of moving in and quick to respond to any questions I had prior to my move in. Ashley, Michael and Jovita were super helpful as well. Michael even stayed late the first time I came to tour the property to help me. I feel blessed to be a resident and look forward to this being my home.

I have just moved in and I really like the apartments. The staff is super nice and the nice in was easy. I like how they work with you too get you an apartment. The dog park is really good. Some neither are loud but it something to look over. The only down fall is lack of parking but other than that this is great for my family.

Michael was WONDERFUL. He assured me that everything was going to be alright and it was. From the moment I walked in, I loved his contagious energy. He was very friendly and informative. I'd recommend him, everyone in the office and the apartments to anyone. Everything was amazing.

This is a not a good apartment complex in many ways! The grass in the common areas is full of weeds! It takes maintenance forever to come take care of things! It took four trips to fix a toilet! They keep charging more and more during this time of need! They are continuing to raise the price and add more and more fees even though people are hurting because of COVID! Now to top it all off they are taking away our use of the bike racks which are specifically made for bikes under the stairs! Now bikes have to be kept on our patios or inside our apartments, which means if you live on the second or third floor you must bring down your bike from your apartment down the stairs every time you want to use your bike! One of the few nice things about the apartment which is the public bike path that runs behind it, now they have made it so hard to utilize this one nice thing! In addition to this when I transferred to a different apartment it took them five times to get the money right! They continued to over charge me fees and double charge me fees which I had to continually call the office and asked to be corrected. Only to be told it was right! I had to actually go through it step-by-step until they saw their error!! Do you self a favor rent somewhere else there are many other very nice apartment complexes in this area without these issues!

I have lived in my apartment for over five years and I love it. Since the upgrades it's even better. The location is perfect for me, and my apartment overlooks a beautiful wooded area with a city walking path. The management team is fantastic, and what's more, they even answer the phone when you call! They actually really care what's going on. One of the best advantages for me living here is my wonderful neighbors. I'm very grateful for them. I feel very safe here. I would recommend living here to anyone, young or old.
