I had an intermittent mic issue. They got me in the shop in a reasonable amount of time and fixed this issue in a few hours. Considering aviation costs, I thought the bill was reasonable.

The receptionist lady NEVER answers the phone during business hours to schedule a time to come in. When she does call you back at the end of the business day sometimes 2 days later to check if the plane is done she doesn’t even know my plane or who I am. You would think when someone is spending thousands or avionic upgrades they would at least provide good customer service. I brought our plane in to have the Aspen Max upgrades that I waited forever for & Jerry overcharged by 1000. I brought this to his attention & he dismissed it as billing for other things. His tech stood on my seats & broke my vent window & cut out my light connector for my panel. This shop is a total disaster & I will never be back. Jerry never refunded the money when presented the opportunity to which was very disappointing.
Great job, very patient and accommodating. I had a pretty in-depth upgrade to my Mooney. As we progressed, we had to make several last minute changes to the originally planned install. The folks at Select were very patient and accommodating to changes needed. Select helped offer solutions to the issues at hand and was quick to adapt. With any delivery after a major retro-fit, minor issues should be expected. The folks at Select were very prompt at correcting and working with my schedule to get the issues resolved and did not stop until I was satisfied. I would and will come back to Select for any Avionics work we need in the future.
Jerry and Sandy, Ivan.............all of them! There all great people! I have taken my plane for quite a bit of work to them. I trust them, they are always friendly and they always do great work! They are my Go To Avionics Shop when I need something. Just did ADS with them! Works great but then I knew it would with Jerry and his team doing the work! Thank you!!!!
