We had a slanted floor upstairs. We did the three quote thing and met Sergio. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and gave us a reasonable price. After he completed the job we were very happy. No more slanted floor, very professional guy/service. I am now having our kitchen lighting redone by him. Highly recommended!

SLM and I partnered on the renovation of my Craftsman home built in 1900. The full scope is too much to list here but included repair or replacement of: foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical, custom kitchen cabinets, master bathroom remodel, three porches, four chimneys, HVAC including duct work, exterior paint. There were plenty of other value-adds along the way that I never would have thought of. Each item was completed with high quality. Most notable was the foundation work. The floors in the home were quite wonky. The best word I can think of to describe the outcome is 'miracle.' During the 6 months that Sergio and I worked together, I found him to be flexible, reasonable, fair, responsive and genuine. Most importantly, he was an honest steward of the money. Final renovation costs came to approximately 250,000.00. Under the terms of my renovation loan (FannieMae HomeStyle), the general contractor receives the funds directly across several disbursements, which are released according to percentage of work completed per the schedule. I was not allowed to receive the money directly. He made sure that the work was completed on time per the schedule to keep the disbursements on track. There were no work stoppages waiting for funds to be received. It's very difficult to find an honest and responsible GC who checks all the boxes. I'm incredibly happy to have found SLM by referral. Otherwise, my home renovation would have been a nightmare. If I may force my advice on anyone thinking of undertaking a home renovation as extensive as mine, its important to keep your expectations realistic. It's 100% likely that not everything is going to go the way you think it will. Be flexible. Be reasonable. Be prepared to not get everything on your list due to unexpected issues. Its inevitable. Most importantly, keep the lines of communication open with your GC and enjoy the journey of transforming your home. Sergio and I are already planning the next phase of renovations.

The owner came out to our home, told us what to expect and the cost was below what I expected. We upgraded the quality of the roof and the cost was below my expectations. The crew cleaned up was respectful of your yard and flower beds. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and work with these guy's, you won't be disappointed.
