My niece recently took her pup to have her spayed, yesterday in fact.. with Covid and all the restrictions, they were safe, and distanced.. This review is more about the actual operation itself. Pepper came home with her cone of shame on... and was out of it for the entire evening.. she woke up this morning and was almost her normal self.. we checked the incision spot and to our amazement, it looks perfect, no pinkness no nothing, looks to be healing 100%.. We will keep the cone on her so she doesn't mess with it for the prescribed time frame. but the professional job done by the doctors and staff. is awesome.. Just wanted to share....

I took my cat Steve to get neutered, & they told me to bring him in by 7:30, & to be early. I got there when they asked, & they were quick to come get him...that was the best part of my experience. They called me & told me to come pick him up by 3 o’clock, & I was there early again just to make sure I could get him right at 3. I call & they bring him out a few minutes later and when they hand me his carrier, i know immediately that something is wrong. Steve, along with his carrier, is completely soaked because he had an accident. I was also given a piece of paper with some instructions but otherwise no other information was given to me. I understand that they can’t control when the pets under their care have accidents, however I have no idea how long he was sitting in his own mess. I believe that if they take my pet, perform a surgery, and have me pick him up hours later that he should at least be watched/monitored for things like this. He was just neutered, & I’m concerned that this might have compromised the incision site. I’m only okay with the one star because they were on time & weren’t careless with my time, if it had not been for that, they would have received no stars if I was able to do that.

What a horrible experience ... had my cat spayed picked her up as soon as she got home she was horrible couldn’t walk rolling around then starting bleeding from incision excessively I proceeded to call like instructed ... no answer left several messages ... hours later still have not received a call back ... I also got in waitlist and out in notes I need a call immediately ( when I dropped off and picked up they called within one minute ) today that was ignored as well. Praying my poor cat can make it through the night so a vet can see her
