Possibly the WORST cellphone repair place ever, the guy seems super nice at first and the prices are attractive , BUT BEWARE. The iPhone screens he has aren’t compatible with actual iPhones and ur iPhone will send u an Alert about every 5 minutes. He claims everywhere does that but that’s not true. Only certified apple dealers have the correct screens and I’ve never had that happen. He fixed my front and back glass of my iPhone 11 only 3 days ago, I called him to tell him my phone was gettting really hot and being slow and he told me to bring it in. The day of I go to put my phone in a new case and when I pushed down on the phone the entire new back glass shattered and somehow messed up the LCD. Me being so confused I take it up there positive he will fix it under his warranty and keep his word, but as soon as I get there he starts accusing me of dropping it and trying to show me a non existent “damage” to the front screen which literally was the shadow of the lcd line from the back breaking. He argued with me back and fourth and even after me begging him to please be an honest business owner and to do what’s right, he wouldn’t. And demanded another 150 to fix it. When I asked what is actually covered on warranty he said “no physical damage” and I asked again then what exactly is covered then cause anyone can come in here with a problem and he’s gonna blame the costumer every time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ON the fake apple screens or Horrible customer service!! If I could give 0 stars I would. That is not how you run a business!!! SMH

The screen replacement they use at this shop are not durable. They will break or get damaged easily. Meaning, you will throw your money away at this shop. I recommend apple store or buy a new iphone.

Went to this shop at 10 minutes after opening time needing an emergency fix on my iPhone. The door was locked and the closed sign still up. I guess the really don’t want business. Won’t ever try again. It’s a shame because I only live a mile away and it is the closest place.

Terrible service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE. My wife took her iphone there to get the microphone chip repaired that had stopped working a couple of days before. They took it and told her that they would review the phone to see what was wrong and if they could repair it, they would do it for 130, everything fine up to this point. Upon receiving the phone after they repaired the audio problem, we noticed that the proximity sensor stopped functioning which was not a problem at all before she took it here. This issue prevented the screen from turning off when you put it against your ear to talk. My wife took it back the very next day for them to fix the issue that wasn't there previously but they refused to fix it and they would not honor their \30-day\ warranty on their work simply claiming that they didn't touch the proximitiy sensor. The rest of the phone was working perfectly the day we dropped the phone and if it was a problem why wouldn't they have told us so we can actually get it repaired along with the mic problem?...they were so bold to want to charge us another 100 (which later dropped to 50) to fix a problem that wasn't there before. Not only they would not honor their \30-day\ warranty but the owner or the employee that was there was very rude to my wife when she went back to get her phone fixed and asked them to honor their warranty. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
