easily scheduled appointment online for screen replacement, turned in my phone with no problems, signed paperwork without a hitch. picked up my phone an hour later and paid using the 10 discount coupon they give you when you schedule online. everything looked and operated great... then about 24 hours after pickup funky things started happening. apps closing in the middle of using them; apps opening/closing without using them; text app froze in rotated and zoomed position. had to do a hard re-boot when everyone of these events occurred to clear the problem. then another 20 hours later my screen automatically switched to all-grey -- no color anywhere. went back the day that happened, turned it in, and they replaced the replacement screen at no cost. fingers crossed that this one doesn't malfunction. other than that, the rest of the experience was great... online scheduling and staff were excellent!
