Never again. I bought a transformer ornament here last year. Optimis prime for my son. Got it home the lady did not pack it well, I brought it back to the store to show them that the arm came off. They used hot glue. This year opened the Christmas box to find the arm fell off. Cheap stuff. Bad service

Mu husband and I purchased 5 ornaments from there last night. I asked if they had gift bags to purchase for wrapping them. The woman said they give them to those who ask. She placed 5 in the bag and we left. I was setting up each ornament in a gift bag back at home and when I went to place the 5th one in its bag my fingers touched something strange. I looked inside and two cigarette buds with ashes were allllll over the inside of the bag and now all over my knuckles. For that I leave 1 star. I don’t know how anyone would use a small gift bag as an ashtray, fold it up and bring it back inside. That’s just disgusting. We liked the ornaments, but now I’m grossed out and probably won’t be back. Ew!

Only shop here is you like giving your money to the Grinch and getting nothing good in return. My 5 year old accidentally dropped and broke a glass blue jay ornament. He wasn't being careless, he was just excited to show me his favorite bird. I felt terrible so I gathered the glass pieces in my hand and brought them to the woman working so I could throw them away carefully and then pay for the damage. She couldn't have been more ignorant while I paid 15 for nothing. If it were my store, I would have been much more understanding of the accident and appreciative of the parent for taking responsibility to pay. Nope. She was a Grinch. I'll bet most of the time people break them and leave. That's ok though, enjoy that 15.00, that's all you'll ever get from me for your junk ornaments. #neveragain
