This was my first experience with McLean Appliance and it was excellent. In less than 24 hours a professional came to my home and executed the needed repair to my washing machine, instantly. Very satisfied. I will no doubt contact this firm for future repair needs.
I was charged 368 to replace a microwave part that took less than an hour to diagnose and replace. The part is 68 on Amazon. I thought 300 an hour for labor was way overpriced.
We called and they sent a tech out in under an hour! Very prompt service especially at 4pm on a Friday. They did a good job too, and replaced the refrigerator part which wasn't working.
They came promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and changed their schedule to accommodate my need to leave in the afternoon. Wonderful service!!
