Ordered online and picked up in same day. I wasn't welcomed at the cash register. It seems okay but I felt not smoothly conversations between me and cashier. Next time, I'd better to order for delivery instead of visiting this store.

Beautiful stuff. Store is organized and thought out. Covered entrance for bad weather days is always nice.
Nicely decorated for the holiday. Their operations are a bit off. Wanted to buy plates and someone went in the back to get them and never came back but somehow they ended up at the checkout desk. Then they brought up the wrong model and wrong number of plates. Very nice staff though they just need to communicate to the customers better.
The store is great to peruse through and the staff is friendly, HOWEVER. They appear to be understaffed because these past few months, every time I go there nobody is around in sight to help. Absolutely no one. I made an order to be delivered to the store because they were out of stock about three weeks ago now and have not received any news on the status. I called on three separate days and it dials to no end with nobody able to get to the phone. It’s pretty ridiculous.
Great Crate and barrel store. The staff was helpful and the place had huge collection of decorations, chairs and kitchen appliances.
