quite literally highway robbery, insanely expensive and the tolls only go up in price

was charged for a toll violation when ez pass was in good standing. Mailed my appeal to the company, because only VAEzpass holders can appeal online, only to receive another notice. The website no long lists the first address and requires you to call an automated tell in order to receive the appeals address. As of writing this post that address is EzPass Customer Service Center P.O. Box 1234 Clifton Forge Virginia 24422-1234
Toll road is a toll road. It's clean & enough lanes to keep speed.
I live in Washington state and received a toll notice for a car I don't even own. The picture quality is terrible. Really?
Just had an awful experience with the worst customer service ever from a fat woman taking credit cards on a hand held machine on July 30th 2016. She was so rude and deserves to be fired for the way she talked to me and my girlfriend when we inquired about the hold up.
