Global Title handled my refinance closing in January 2021. They made the process extremely easy, with lower fees than I have encountered with other settlement companies during previous home purchases and refinancings. Most documents were available to sign online, so the in-person portion included only those documents that needed a physical signature. Due to the pandemic, they sent the notary out to our house to collect those signatures. It was painless from start to finish, and they provided excellent communication throughout.

Global Title was used in the closing of my mortgage. I followed all instructions, including attaching a voided check along with the wire instructions for the funds. They got an email from an unknown email address (not me!) asking them to wire the funds to a different bank account. They neither called nor emailed me to verify (they have all my information) and sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to the scammer's bank account. It is now days later, and I still do not have my closing funds. Do not use if you care about receiving your funds!
