Fantastic customer service. Amid COVID, I decided to build out a gym in my garage. Vinny was a great help in finding the best solution and great products are the right price point. When the delivery missed a few items, Vinny personally delivered those items to my residence. An overwhelmingly positive experience dealing with Johnson Fitness and will be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience with Johnson Fitness & Wellness. Finding home fitness equipment (free weights) has been very challenging due to high demand because of COVID. I placed an order with another store in the area and after a 12 week wait, I cancelled that order and started calling other retailers. I had a good conversation with Vinny at Johnson Fitness a few weeks back. He provided very sensible recommendations and I ordered some equipment. I now have a full set up at home. The process - from ordering to delivery - was very smooth. Highly recommended!

Called Johnson Fitness today with questions about some maintenance issues I was having with my treadmill. They did not hesitate to help me. Not only did they answer my questions they offered to send me links to online information for future reference. I lost my owners manual. They sent it to me. I needed lubricant. They said come on in and we will have some waiting for you. They did. At the store Mr. Newman showed me everything I needed to know about how to maintain my equipment. They provided me a missing tool in addition. Basically, they made my day better.
