DO NOT waste your time renting with renter warehouse. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with rental properties. Always a big delay in communication and delay in getting any type of maintenance done. Now that we have moved out, they are charging us 2,515 for repairs with mold remediation which was never discovered behind a closet until someone found it during the move out inspection. And a crack in the kitchen counter which was in the rental when we moved in!! They are charging us more than our security deposit was when we moved in! I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend anyone to rent a property from this company! They will try to blame everything on the renters and try to take your money even after you moved out two months ago!!

I worked with Ricardo Gonzales back in September, he was the absolute worst and that's being quite pleasant. Multiple issues. Condo was not ready when I reached from Atlanta, had to leave all of my furniture at the stores location for a week in order to get things fixed and painted on my own once I arrived. He rushed my process and was asking for Money after I made the deposit the first day when I had 2 weeks before the actual rent was due. I ended up having several maintenance issues and it took several calls in order to get repairs made. He promised a parking space that was not available onnce I arrived. Very unprofessional and completely not together.....

I worked with Ricardo Gonzales on the rental of my home. It became a complicated transaction and Ricardo walked me through it expertly. I found him to be superb in every respect -- helpful, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and able to close to a very good deal. I give Ricardo an A and I give him my highest recommendation. Great to work with in every way.

I recently moved into a place managed my Renter's Warehouse. Overall things worked out but it wasn't without it's problems. The move-in itself was a disaster. I was slightly rushed through the inspection of the unit by the leasing agent & also the process for moving into the condo building wasn't exactly clear (who do I send what fees to & POC for the building/condo association). I was provided outdated contact information for the condo association's property management group, which resulted in me sending my elevator reservation & move in fees to the wrong company so I did not have the elevator reserved nor did I have a fob to gain entry to the building. When I called Renter's Warehouse to get immediate assistance on what to do about the elevators/fob, I was told to contact my leasing agent; my leasing agent who told me in no uncertain terms that I wasn't supposed to contact him further if I had any issues with the property. So, as directed by the woman on the phone, I called him & got nowhere (he never answered). It was incredibly unprofessional & left me with a bad impression. Fast forward to after a couple weeks after I moved in, I had plumbing issues. Because my portal account wasn't set up properly, it was a hassle to submit a maintenance request. Again, it got resolved but it was just an extra headache that could have been avoided. Everyone has been pleasant to deal with but the amount of actual help I receive varies.
