This is an easy review to write. Our entire experience with SmartRoof has been positive and painless. Truly five stars. The initial meeting with Johnathan B., who walked us through what was needed following storm damage to our roof, made us feel comfortable that we had the right company to work with. He was even present throughout the insurance claim process helping answer questions along the way and walking the Adjuster through their review as well. After a short wait, we were on the schedule for a full replacement. During that time, the whole team at SmartRoof kept us in the loop with the next steps leading up to install-day. Shane G., our Project Manager., was exemplary. He pointed out areas of the siding and structure of our 1950s-era home that we should be mindful of but never once tried to pressure us into anything. A true professional. The install went smoothly with minimal disruption to our landscape and yard. The entire job, from setup to cleanup, took less than 48-hours. All of our neighbors were impressed with the finished product. I’ll certainly be looking to give them business in the future when we take on additional jobs like gutters and ventilation. You should too!

Recently used their services for full roof of my house and 2 sheds – At first, I had my doubts how come they had so many 5-star reviews and after their service I understood they deserve them. I am not saying they did the job without complaints but the way they handled those complaints deserve 5-star rating. You know the management cannot control all the activities done by their staff but the issues that may raise has got handled better and hence deserve 5-star rating. Great job Peter Guerrero keep up the good job………
Every step working with them was super easy and everybody was very courteous. The crew was great and worked hard. There was no sign anyone was here when they left. Great job!
Smartroof installed a new roof on our home. We have been very pleased with them. They are professional and made the entire process pretty painless. They did a great job communicating and following through on all of their promises.
