We called Sean Simmons for an estimate to do the build-out of our new store. After initially being very helpful, he became non responsive, did not even provide an estimate and wasted a month of our time with empty excuses. Do not waste your time with this company.

Spectrum was our general contractor for our new offices on N. Capitol Street NE in DC. From the beginning, they were really on top of it and stayed on schedule. Yes, there were a few things that delayed the project, but that's to be expected for any construction. Plus, the delays weren't on Spectrum, but the fault of some of the other vendors we worked with. Despite that, our space was done only 1 week past the original due date. Very impressive! My organization chose Spectrum because their price was very reasonable compared to the other two companies we were considering, plus they were highly recommended by our architect. Both Maximillian (our proj. manager) and Stephen (superintendent) were awesome to work with and happily answered any questions we had and handled any requests we made. If I ever need a new office built, I know who to call! Thanks so much Spectrum!
