The customer service here is absolutely awful. They tried to justify that two tires being replaced would be 1,000. On top of that, when I went to question why it cost so much their answer was Tesla tires are just that expensive. Then they have the audacity to send me a message on the test of service app with a link to the tires from Tire Rack that still did not come out 1,000. This is all coming from the service manager who when I asked for my keys back gave me a thumbs up and just stared at me. The lack of professionalism in the service department is frustrating. It's not your standard auto shop. It's run by people with immature mentalities and minimal customer service skills. I called Quality Tire in Woodbridge to back up this quote and the install of the same brand of tired was 350 cheaper.

I've always wanted to visit a Tesla Boutique and now I found one up North. I have to pull the trigger for my daily driver and put a 100 deposit to build my Model Y.
Had a great experience at this dealership. My point of cintact is Amro. Such an amazing guy. He helped me through the purchase to delivery and even beyond. Picked up my call every time I had a question. Absolutely love My Model 3
This is a very nice auto presentation store, located inside of the Tysons mall. They have all model 3, S, and Z on the show room. Of course you can't test drive them, but overall you can look around of "feel" the cars. The store dealers are nice, and not pushy due to the location. They are very helpful and polite. You may request a test drive, and they will schedule it. Honestly, the electric cars in general, and specifically Tesla , was not on my radar to buy, but I may change my mind after seeing them closely at this show room.Though I did not like the front of driver side dashboard, as I more fan of the classic style, but other aspects of the show cars are very enchanting and seem have a high quality. Price of the Tesla car are high, you are in luxury market , and their prices are not bad indeed.

Not good first service experience on model Y. Extremely unprofessional service team, they did not fix anything i requested. Am thinking of returning the model y. Too many alignment issues. Poor build quality.
