️ Installed 254.67 yards of Fabrica Powerpoint carpet and 8lbs. padding underneath last fall as component of major renovation at property in McLean in preparation of marketing For Sale for clients of mine living in another state. Carpet was for upper and lower levels, hardwood on main level. All components of renovation were premium materials and craftsmanship from quartz countertops to Hickory Berch Kitchen Plus Cabinets to Wolf 6 burners, gas, convection oven/stove, Elfa Custom Closets, Fabrica carpet and so on. I worked with Rob Levin at CY for this project and CY installation team, Jesus and José, master installers. Result was stunning. Listed at 1.2M received 1,160,000.00 all cash offer in 8 days of showings by appointment only. CY is installing same product in a couple weeks at another property I am preparing For Sale. We wisely ordered carpet before lockdown. Fabrica mill is in California. Carpet has been here in CY warehouse for a month.

Rico and Jonathan (Jon) from Carpet Yard recently laid new carpet in our home on two different levels. They did a great job. Very professional, courteous and hard working. The Carpet Yard did my flooring in my store over 10 years ago :) I still receive compliments from customers asking me where I got the flooring from because it still looks like new. I was also delighted with the time and attention that I received from them during the install....they were really wanting me to be satisfied with the entire process. I can find myself a bit overwhelmed when I am looking at the variety of choices available so it really helps to have some expert advice guide you along the way.

We had Carpet Yard do two big projects for us. The first was to replace carpeting in our dining room and replace it with hardwood floors that would match the 30 year old adjacent hardwood floor in our living room. Not only were they able to find wood with a matching grain, their amazing floor expert, John, was also able to match the stain. The end result was fabulous. The second job was to replace all of our upstairs carpeting, and we have a large upstairs. Not only did they do a fantastic job (and we didn't have to empty a single drawer), they also did not bump, scratch or in anyway mark our newly painted walls. The work on both jobs was fantastic and the customer service and follow up-top-notch. I would not hesitate to use Carpet Yard again. The crew is the same for both the McLean and Merrifield stores.
