Great service all around. I was in a time pinch to get my suits and my suits arrived earlier—great attention here to detail. Mr. Sunder has been in business for a long time and he knows suits! They also have a lady there called Gloria. She is very sweet and nice. I brought my ties to the shop and she tied all of them for me in full Windsor because I didn’t know how (keep in mind that this was not something I even paid for, it was an extra service she did for free, very nice woman.) All around, the service was great. From making my appointment (I forgot the name of woman I spoke to on the phone but she was also very nice and responsive. She would call me and keep me posted on status and ensure satisfaction.) Whole staff were great and I enjoyed the service.
Horrible service. Better off spending your money at Nordstrom for alterations. These guys ruined three brand new shirts my husband ordered from England. They refuse to reimburse because they claim it wasn't intentional. On top of that, their Duke St location isn't there when website says they will be. The times on their website say one thing, but you show up and they're gone for the day. Do not use them, you'll regret it.
Incredibly shady and deceiving company. Three brand new shirts with tags still on them were dropped off for delivery. When picking the shirts up, all were too tight and one even had sleeves tailored when that was never requested. Shirts are beyond their fixing and the owner, Mr. Daswani, refuses to compensate me for the unserviceable shirts. They actually believe they don’t need to because they didn’t intentionally ruin the shirts. Would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I’m now pursuing other means to be compensated.
They made my tuxedo for my daughter's wedding! The only downside is they tend toward the slim fit which I do not like. Excellent quality.
Highly recommended! Very fun process building a suit from scratch, Sanjay is very knowledgeable and helpful. Tons of options...sport coats, shirts, slacks etc. have nothing but great things to say
This place is Excellent. Great customer service. Entire custom tailoring from order taking to delivery is computerized which helps them to provide very efficient service.
