I read some bad reviews on quality but never expected total disregard for contract terms. I think their good reviews are only on basic seal coats. My experience is based on old driveway tear out and new driveway installation. Price was competitive but I requested 4” thick and paid extra for the additional 1”, but final paving came out only 2-3” thick. I requested the difference refunded to me but they refused. I guess they prefer a bad review then lose 10%. The roller also ran into some dirt/sand and they used it to roll the fresh pavement and the the dirt/sand stain is embedded in the asphalt. Will have to wait another year to seal the driveway for the stain to go away since it didn’t wash away like they said. Also, they dented my air conditioner, which just added to the overall experience. Their price was good, but they could have met contract terms at least. The crew is so use to grading the base for their typical 2-3” paving that no matter how many times I reminded the crew and Joe, the supervisor, they still prepped for their standard paving. Google should let u post pictures with your review.
I have called the main number and left four messages with the receptionist who said she would pass them on. I left three messages for Joseph whose contact I got from the person who referred me to this company with no call back. The receptionist was nice every time I called, but could not tell my why nobody was calling me back. After two weeks of waiting and calling I am moving on. Would not recommend this company. If their responsiveness is anything like their work, it would be nothing but a headache if you had to have them come back out and look at anything. Good Luck!
