My wife and I just purchased our first home together! Our experience was great! We originally went to Palm Harbor Homes and we were rushed through the entire process and really felt like we weren’t given the attention we needed! Miguel was the exact opposite of that, he listened to us and what we wanted. He never tried to force anything on us and worked with us every step of the way. I highly recommend Village Homes!

If you are on the market for a new home I highly recommend you go and talk to Miguel at Village Homes. He came in on his day off to show us some models and work with us on financing options. He is very professional and didn’t mind that we had our kids in tow. The homes are beautiful and he didn’t try to push us into anything which was a nice change from some of the other companies we have been to. If I could give Miguel and Village Homes 10 stars I would!
John Juarez didn’t just sell us a house, he guided us into finding our new home. We visited just about every manufactured home dealer around Austin, Bastrop, even as far as Seguin. We chose Village homes because of their extraordinary customer service. John listened to what we wanted in a home and what price we wanted. He didn’t show us more than we wanted and let us take our time to make a decision. Then he went above and beyond to make sure the house we chose became our home. My husband and I went in to get info about the buying process and to see their inventory. We walked in and spoke with Leti. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the houses. She asked us what our wishes/wants were in a home and showed us houses that had those features. She told us how the process would go if we chose to go ahead with buying. Leti made us feel confident with moving forward, we submitted an application! Later that same day, we got our approval! I recommend Village Homes and I highly recommend Leti!

They stay on top of everything throughout the process and make sure that every customer gets what they want and are happy with it.
