I got application approved online answered a few questions over the telephone . Shawn Howard made an appointment for me to come in when I got off work @ 2:30 pm. I went to appointment @3:30 and I had to take a few documents with me and my ID and by 5pm we were writing up the contract. Signed everything collected important information which will later be needed. BAM !!! I was driving my new car with low mileage home can you hear me home I drove my new car home the same day. Purchased on 3-16-21, by 7pm car would not start. 8am on 3-17-21 called service for a tow. 10:45am no tow and no time scheduled, agent Eric gives me the address to bring the car. Sit at service center no answers, back to dealership no answers, go to Dodge answers given: fuel line pressure low. GM John tells manager to refund my money. As the boss I feel more help should have been offered, like let's get her in a car. Now I am without a car and WAITING for a refund......BAD BUSINESS
