Steve McMillen has done excellent work over the years. He did my home. He did my commercial property downtown. Never has there been any issue wih customer service or the Surveyors and getting necessary answers to odd questions. To the young lady with the nasty unnecessary rating, sometimes calls need to be screened in case there is a meeting. If returning a call, I say \? called me and I am returning the call. Is ? available?\ Thank you Mr. McMillen for your great service!

The young lady answering the phones(not Kayla.. she was great) needs a lesson in Customer Service. Wanted to know “why I wanted to talk” to the person that I asked for. Ummm, because I’m returning a call? I’m sure that Steve is a great surveyor, but customer service is lacking.
