A couple years ago I stopped in to pick up an ibanez rg. The price on it was the going rate. The guitar was not setup, and I told him that I intended to set it up myself. Instead of letting me walk out he dropped everything and setup the guitar as fast as he could even though the sale was made. Even threw in a set of NY XLs. I took the time to setup the guitar myself (about 5 hours total) definitely the best guitar I’ve gotten for 200. I don’t know the owner by name, but he’s got character. Selling a knock of Floyd Rose for 200 doesn’t put a scratch in the rent due on the shop, but he still treated me like the only person in the world for the sale.

Chuck is a good guy friendly and actually get you taken care of unlike Guitar Center. Go to Chuck he's the guy to talk to for sure! And I am a drummer that just started playing guitar. He has had no problem answering my questions and getting me going the right direction! Thanks bud YOU ROCK!!
CHW Guitars is a great place for all your guitar needs. The owner Chuck, is a very knowledgeable and professional craftsman; when it comes to guitars any repairs or having a custom one built for you. I have always left confident with his work , knowing he did a great job for a fair price.
Friendly and knowledgeable. New gear but an amazing selection of quality used gear at great prices. Much more than just guitars. They also build custom guitars that were amazing. I know a lot about music gear, but i found myself learning a lot from the nice guy that owns the place. I would highly recommend this music store to a first time buyer or a seasoned musican . The place has something for everyone.
