I can't say enough good things about the experiences we have had with Holder Realty. They helped us sale our 1st home. Within 1 month we already had an interested buy. Once the process was started it was smooth sailing for both parties. When we were ready to start looking for our next home, we of course called Kevin Miller. As always he presented us with many options and helped guide us in the right direction of finding our new home! Closing was again smooth sailing for both parties. The Millers are amazing at what they do and are very knowledgeable of the area. I will always recommend them to everyone when it comes to buying/selling.

I spent several days and many hours getting together estimates for necessary repairs to my rental home I've lived in for 21 years. During that 21 years I spent many thousands of dollars out mine and my wife's own pocket remodelling this old house. I took the estimate to Holder Realty and was told they \most likely won't be able to do the repairs.\ Guess I will live here till the roof falls and end up moving elsewhere even though my grandchildren grew up here and two wives died here. This house after 21 years is special to me.
