Lifesavers! My laptop broke down late at night (and I rely on it for school!!), so I took it to Primisys the following morning. My laptop was fixed merely hours later that same day. It was only 50 for the whole process as well, which I think was a steal. High-quality service and reasonable prices!

Excellent craftsmanship, knowledge and expertise. I worked with Aaron to design a custom, high-end gaming machine and am beyond thrilled with the results. He very obviously loves what he does and it showed in the final product. When the build was complete I priced out all of the parts to a comparable computer from some of the national vendors and he ended up saving me a ton of money while offering a much better warranty than what the big box retailers will. I would say that I will definitely buy my next computer from Primisys, but given the 4-year warranty and extremely high-end parts used, I'm not sure if I'll need a new one for a long time. Thanks guys!
Amazing company! They work on our computers at my work and this is the only place to take your personal computers. Josh was amazing and recently fixed my laptop!
So I'm giving these guys a one-star because I've been in there three times now spoken to a gentleman about building me a platform I've left my contact information each time told I would be got back to I have finally decided to go through a different company in Portland because I still have not heard from these people at all I was recommended to them told me that they were excellent at what they do and they have put no effort into contacting me to even start my build the gentleman told me that it would be a lengthy process but I figured that I would at least get a phone call still have not heard from anyone so I will be going through a different computer shop in Portland
I am so thankful to the team at Primsys. We had a simple computer repair but it meant so much to have a good customer service interaction with a couple different folks there and to be able to walk right in. Now I want to get all my computer setups there.
