Mike is extremely knowledgable and takes time to listen and understand your personal mattress needs and he definitely stands by his warranty! When the original mattress we selected turned out to be too soft for my husband's back issues, Mike worked with us to find one that suited my husband's needs better -- with an upbeat attitude! The exchange was happily made with stellar service and a smile. We cannot recommend Mattress Haven highly enough! Phenomenal service!
