This company will be our go to in the future for all AC & Heating needs. We reached out to them during a horrible winter storm after our heat went out. They answered the phone when 2 other local compnays did not. The lady that answered was very nice & professional. She spoke with a tech about our issue since they weren't able to get out that same day. They were able to talk us through what we needed to do to correct the problem & the heat was back on with in no time. Thank you so much for not only answering, but for taking the time to help us over the phone. Hands down great customer service!!

I recently had a mini split installed by McWilliams and couldn’t be any happier! After searching for someone to install with no return calls from other companies they were quick to respond and get out to my house for install. They did an amazing job on my unit and my house finally has cool air/heat definitely more efficient then box ac and space heaters. Everyone was extremely courteous and made sure the job was done right to my liking. I couldn’t have had any better of an experience!

First of all let me say that the service techs they sent out we're awesome...Manny and juan tried their absolute best to identify and correct the problem with the new ac unit we had installed.... after the old unit we had went out we decided to go with McWilliams and sons to replace it.... Juan was very efficient and professional on the installation...on the night it was installed it started having intermittent problems with the air handler blowing properly so I called and they sent juan back out and he replaced the thermostat...next day same thing...they replaced the blower motor and it worked for a few hours....long story short it's been over two weeks and the problem persists... They sent their sales guy back out and was supposed to have the field supervisor out but he didn't show...now on a Sunday when we're sitting here sweating to death worried about our son having a seizure from the heat and stress and the field supervisor will not be inconvenienced to come figure out the problem on a Sunday...I'm over it
