Having your son break a bone for the first time is scary! I was so impressed by the doctor and his demeanor with my son and me. Although the results were scary, he was so calm and my son never felt scared. That was so important for me. He was also very informative and spoke slowly and made sure you could follow along with everything he was telling you. I felt blessed to have him as our doctor in that moment!

This place is great super clean and friendly doctor and staff. They really took time to listen and to help . I wasn’t sure if I had broken my wrist or not so I had an X-ray done. The doctor not only explained in great detail what was wrong but showed me in my X-rays as well. He was able to give me a referral to an Orthopedic to follow up on what’s going on with my wrist. Which I can say other places don’t do. So needless to say I am super happy that the issue with my wrist is going to be taken care of properly.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff, they were all friendly and clearly following precautions. Facility was clean, easy to find and had quite a bit of parking secluded from the shopping center. I was able to get in and out within one hour, including X-Rays!!!

Great experience with Dr Flores. Emilia the x-ray technician and Arianna the MA are both professional and kept me calm during my visit. To the comment about them not answering the phone, you are wrong. Emilia answered @ 8:56 am before they opened and let me know they were very busy and if I could wait to please call back in an hour. They do not have a reception person and are busy tending to the patients. I highly recommend MDSTAT Urgent Care! Thank you Dr Flores! Robin

I have been treated here for many years. Dr. Flores is fantastic. His staff is friendly and proessional. Dr. Flores is a traditional doctor who is thorough and caring. For a small medical office, they have most of the amenities short of a hospital ER. I highly recommend

I just had a COVID test. You stay in the car, call them, and nurses come and get your insurance cards and give u paperwork to fill out.. then the dr comes out to do the test. I was pretty shocked to see the older dr (dr. Flores?) with an old cloth mask bunched up under his nose. It was not fitted to his face, just kind of hanging in front of his mouth. He was not gowned up, although all the nurses were. He just wore a lab coat. I mentioned to him that his mask wasn’t covering his nose, but he ignored me and did the swabs of my nostrils. It’s hard to believe in a pandemic which is getting worse, that a doctor who is in contact with many people per day suspected of having COVID-19 was not properly gowned and masked. I just went to get a test.....I hope I didn’t get exposed while I was there! He’s a sweet man, and I had seen him before when I fell and thought I broke some ribs. I liked him, he was caring. But he needs to MASK UP.
