I recently applied for a 2 bedroom apartment and i have to say that I'm very impressed with the staff. They explained all the details without hesitation and made everything very clear without me having to ask. It makes me happy seeing a leasing team work together to make my experience SPECTACULAR!!! :)

Patrice Hamilton, one of the customer service representatives at the leasing office, is one of the rudest individuals I’ve encountered, the maintenance team is treated poorly by Steadfast Co., and I guarantee your move in will be anything but smooth between leaky faucets, low water pressure, broken screens, faulty locks, and missing, yes, missing appliances. Save your time, save your money. The Brook on Janes is a far better use of your finance. (Would leave zero stars if possible.)
Beyond horrible experience living here, please, save your time, money and nerves and look elsewhere. From the bottom of my heart! This apartment complex is worth a front page newspaper on how the things are done here. They never fixed nothing at my apartment, never took matters into their own hands, waited months for an appliance fix. Then follow the lies, these people gave me a fake another apartment key after begging to move me/fix the issue. What a joke. Would love to share a story about what a nice email they send about helping out during COVID outbreak, and at the end topped me off started charging even more money.Laughing right in to my face and then asking me to renew lease, charging me whatever they come up with.Definition of ‘management’ is misunderstood greatly as well. Go around this place!!!

Stay away. Most of the maintenance team seems to be under qualified. The sound of barking dogs is ever present. You wait days to get something fixed. None of the HVAC is maintained and filters are never changed. It's changed ownership recently and nothing has changed. Same old story at the front office. Rather then reply to this and ask me to call you about my displeasure, walk around the complex and in the buildings and see it for yourself. Make sure the heaters work in the hallways, the common area lights are on, the amount of barking dogs, cars that have not been moved in 7 months.....be proactive and do something...
