Great shop with awesome people. So we stopped in for a flag and drove about 300 yards only to have an idler bearing and serpentine belt break on my Wrangler. Even though the didn’t carry the parts the had one of their guys run to a store and but some for me. They only charge a pickup fee and let me borrow a pipe for the tensioner on my Jeep. I would say they were fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable on the park.

We had family from out of the country visiting and wanted to show them the dunes. I happened to find this place when they were at their old location. I stopped and asked if they rented any vehicles for the dunes. They told me they didn't but said I just just take what I had since it was awd and would actually do the job. Reluctantly I bought flags and mounts. It did handle the dunes and we all had a great time. I recently when in their new location and asked if they could perform upgrades to my new RZR. They went over my options. I am now set up with a new paddle tires/wheel, clutch kit, tune and exhaust. I may have even gone a little overboard but I also got the Rugged Radio intercom system. From sales to service everyone I have dealt with has been incredible. Not sure how I can spend more money but certainly I will be going back. Thank you for the Silverback Offroad sweatshirt.
Jumped my Jeep on the dunes. Cut an oil line on the landing. These guys took the Jeep in and was fixed for the next morning and we hit the hills again. Great and honest people. A true asset to the dunes. Thank you for keeping us going !!!! Wish I could give them ten stars.
Stopped in needed 2 flags and mounts for the ATV’s. Staff was friendly and I was in and out with the perfect setup. Quick release flag mount was a perfect recommendation, Thanks for making our trip easy and better with the right equipment.
Stopped in on 10-14-2020 to buy a flag for the off road park. The guy that helped me as super nice, put the flag on and took it off at the end of the day. Showed me where to air up again also. Seems like a nice place to do business.
