I currently work here with my mother. I am going to the office itself to file a hostile work environment. People from the crew are haters the formers right hand man (a women) is so cruel. She managed to turn everyone against my mother there for affecting me because I am her partner and I don't think it's fair. Told the formal more than once told her more than once this situation just keeps getting out of hand and everyone gives us bad looks and tries to do us wrong. Honestly. I think they need to put not only supervisors that watch what type of grapes there picking but that watch the behavior and fire some people who make working there unbearable . Place is so unprofessional. We're already the lowest class out there doing the dirty jobs we should be getting along not having to deal with unprofessional bosses / instigators like the people in the crew I work in.

Owners have subtle Racism, discredit the respect they have for their workers who have brought their company to where it is by treating them in such a inhumane manner . withholding their pay stubs not giving them breaks , initially Tudor is not a company of higher standard and quality as it reflects through the respect they have for the people in that community and of that culture.
