I contacted this man, Jules, who identified himself as the owner of Panther Productions dba New Orleans Kiddies Rides last late March to book him for my son's first bday party May 7th. I paid a deposit of 15 and was told I'd be emailed a contract(which I never received). I did receive a receipt (which I still have). I called yesterday to confirm. No answer. I called several more times, emailed, left 2 voicemail. Thank God I called to confirm than to wait until Sunday and he not show up and ruin my child's party. This is a scam artist.
