Excellent all the way around. I found them online on a Friday night and was quickly contacted the following morning. Super friendly and helpful. I made a deposit and picked up the trailer on Monday. It was however ready on Saturday but I wasn't. Monday came and I don't think I spent more than 20 minutes at their facility. All of the paperwork was ready. My trailer was prepped, tagged, and hooked up and I was headed down the road. I could not find a dual gate 14x7 ATV trailer anywhere within driving distance for the price I paid. Thank You

Be aware when buying a trailer and what you're intention is for the trailer....if buying a car hauler rated at 9900lbs, you can actually only haul @ 4000lbs.. the weight rating of the trailer ramp.... this is the answer to my cargo ramp issue when filing a warranty claim At first glance, they are overloading the ramp. The GVWR (9990 lbs) is the rating for the axles. The trailer is @ 2,760 lbs w/ the axles. The cargo capacity is 7,230lbs. Ramp weight capacity is 4,000 lbs. This wouldn't be a warranty issue. **

Alex and his dude in the shop (I'm sorry dude, I didn't catch your nam) provided a super awesome customer service experience while providing us a last minute new trailer hitch on our new 20ft low ride double axle enclosed trailer when we had issues swapping our tow hitch. Even replaced the blown fuse under the hood to get my running lights to go. Would rate higher if possible. Highly recommend.
