So far, the experience has been pretty good. I arrived at Audi Mechanicsburg prepared to wait with my vehicle. Derek kindly pointed me to an area with cubicles and other remote working accommodations to keep me connected and productive. The service area communicated with me via text and videos to keep me informed on my service. Once it became apparent that my vehicle would need to stay with them for a few days, Derek allowed me to gather any personal belongings from the car that I may have needed, and kindly arranged the use of a loaner car. He has since kept me updated with pricing expectations via text. Not only is their method of communication extremely informative, but it contributes to the lack of spread of COVID-19. Great adaptability in the midst of a pandemic, with commitment to keeping their customers serviced and in an excellent product - an Audi vehicle. I will follow-up with the conclusion to this service appointment. Cheers!

In full disclosure, we didn't purchase a car here and have never used their service department (or even owned an Audi). That said, we probably spent about 3-4 hours here over the course of several days as we were trying out different SUVs. In the end, even though we didn't get the amazing deal that turned us into Audi owners, we wouldn't hesitate to come back here the next time we're looking. Our sales rep, Josh, was extremely personable and truly seemed to care about us and our needs, not just caring about us as potential customers. He does talk a bit fast, which we were fine with, but if that's not your thing, be prepared. Best of luck to Audi Mechanicsburg!

During these crazy times purchasing a car online (and from out of state in my case) takes a lot of trust. I found the perfect car and was ready to trade in my old one. The process was incredibly smooth and my salesperson, Colin, was excellent. Such a pleasure to speak and text with and he was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The car arrived and it was perfect! Exactly as promised. Except later that day on our first family ride the sunroof wouldn’t close! I called Colin (in case it was user error ;) it turned out to be an unforeseen issue with the motor. Colin immediately spoke with the GM they helped me find a dealer nearby to replace the part and covered the cost in full, no questions asked! Even the dealer in NYC who fixed it noted how great they were. We couldn’t be happier with the car, and I’m so grateful to have work with people who showed true kindness and integrity. If your hesitating to buy online, don’t look further, these guys are the real deal.

I sell cars for a living. I don’t get surprised often in this business. But, buying my car here with Ian and his managers was great. I don’t get to feel like a customer often. But, I felt like a customer that day. They had her on the showroom floor waiting for me. Tags already on her, plus she was cleaned and gassed. That’s not even the best part! I spent 45min there (start to finish (everything signed)). Yes, I needed to use two parentheses so you people can understand how quick they were with everything . I actually wish they would have taken longer because with the excellence of that showroom’s quality, and amenities (fruit, FRESH GROUND COFFEE MAKER, snacks) who would want to leave. Like seriously bruh . Ian you’re great! I still believe you’ve been doing this for years but we’ll roll with what you told me . Thank you man .
