I worked with Winsome Brown when purchasing my carpet, and she was excellent to work with! I let her know the specifics of what I was looking for, and she was able to help me find a good quality carpet for a good value. She was knowledgeable about the selection, and made it possible for me to bring a carpet sample home so I could feel confident in my choice before installation. Additionally, Winsome was able to arrange the carpet installation on a day that worked for my schedule. The installer called ahead, was prompt, took pride in his work, and did a great job. Everyone I worked with throughout the entire process was kind and courteous, and provided a high level of customer service. I had a great experience, and would definitely highly recommend Carpet & Tile Mart for your flooring needs.

My salesman was Miso Petrovic, extremely helpful in helping me to find carpet and vinyl for my house that was being rebuilt from a fire. He was very helpful with setting up my appointments, holding the carpet/vinyl and prices while I was waiting for the construction crew to get to the point that the house was ready for carpet. He was very accomodating with adjusting dates and holding the prices that he quoted. The installers Thabata and Amer did a fantastic job, a seamless install and very professional clean up when they had completed the job. I have always purchased my carpet and flooring from Carpet mart and woul highly recommend them. First Class service.

I purchased flooring for 3 rooms and a hallway 2 months ago. Delivery and installation was for yesterday and today. When my mother and I met with Chad in Camp Hill store to order, after someone had been to my house to measure. Chad explained exactly what would be needed in addition to the floors. I paid for everything and placed my order. Today was install day 2 they could not find the flooring and left. The workers said that there was trim.needed that was not ordered and not paid for. Chad discussed the need for quarter round everywhere he told me I needed it. I was told I was billed for it and it would come with delivery On delivery, I was told it was not ordered and not billed. Chad and I had a lengthy discussion about the trim on day I placed the order. He made my mom pay for it again. This is so WRONG. He already told us it was in the original order. He told me I had to agree to it. If he did not put it in the original order that is his mistake. Does this company have any reputation?

I went into the store and Ordered tile from Tim in Mechincsburg. He told us and another customer there was tile at every other store to fill the order for me and if they wanted some too. I placed my order took home what they had only to get a call today that they don’t have enough at any other store to fill my order. So now I have to return it but this is where they get you the most.... I paid cash and they will not refund me the cash I have to wait for them to mail me a check. Really!!! Something is wrong here. I will never purchase or recommend Carpet Mart to anyone. I feel like they are shady!!!

Despite a number of glitches in my kitchen backsplash project, the Mgr of the Mechanicsburg, PA store, Matt Clark and many of his staff, worked with me over the course of two months. From making suggestions on tile and other products to actually placing my order at the best price to patiently walking me through and finding solutions to problems, everyone was very professional. That means a lot to someone who is a novice at such projects. I would highly recommend Matt and his colleagues at Carpet & Tile Mart.
