I was impressed by their store with the assortment of items for sewing and vacuuming. But what blew me away was the level of customer service. People that understand how to take care of the customer without giving away the store are few and far between. Oh, and the elastic that they sell by the yard is much more comfortable than the original on my facemask. It's comforting to know that if I have any issues they will be taken care quickly, professionally and with a smile.

Bob was GREAT! I was told I needed a new machine by another service place and he took a quick look and had it up and running in 10 minutes and for just 25!! I trust this man! THANK YOU. I'LL BE BACK.
Fantastic service! Looked at my machine right there at the counter when I came in. Helped me understand how to thread my machine properly. Tested it repeatedly to make sure the tension on my machine was working correctly. Did not charge me a penny for the time he took. Plus they have lots of fun and inexpensive accessories for sewing. Will definitely go back again and again.
Extremely helpful. If I ever decide to purchase a sewing machine for myself, they will get my business. Purchased one for my daughter-in-law.
The gentleman that helped me was very nice he answered all my questions show me how to use the shampooer and was even nice enough to bring it to my car. I would definitely recommend going to this cute little store
