Great experience buying a used Hyundai Elantra from Faulkner... We live in Maryland and the process was seamless. I’m severely disappointed in Faulkner. I’ve always had a positive interaction with the dealership until today. I went in for my tire rotation, oil change and car inspection. I was under the impression that all three would be covered under my two year warranty. When I called two weeks ago to make the appointment I was reassured on the phone that it would be covered. When I went into the shop today I mentioned it as I was checking in and nothing was said to me then. I was not made aware that I would be paying for anything until the very end and the car had been signed back into my name. As I was checking out I mentioned to the lady at payment that I wasn’t sure if I had the money and she went silent and just waited for me to hand over a form of payment. Not even an option to pay later or a payment plan of any kind. If I had been more financially strapped I’d have been screwed. The lady at payment checked with Michelle who had checked me and said that I used all of my services on the warranty and that was the end of conversation. Today alone was completely enough reason for Faulkner to lose my business from here on out. I’ll be going elsewhere, where the employees can be straight up and forward with me from the beginning including scheduling checking to see if warranties are still in effect.

The Team at Faulkner CDJRF were great to work with and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. Chris E. was my sales associate and that guy is the man! He was great with letting me test driving nearly every possible configuration of the new Jeeps until I knew what I wanted to order, was helpful in getting the order in, timely with responses to all my questions, and provided me with updates on where the order was in the process as it was being made and delivered. If you have a chance to work with him you won't be disappointed. I've had my old Wrangler in for service with Faulkner in the past and those guys have been nice to deal with as well and looking forward to that continuing with the new Wrangler. Overall, great dealership with awesome staff and service. Won't be disappointed.
